When you click on alex the cowboy this is what will come up.

If you accept it you then have to go around chobots and look for the teleportation device.

Once you have found it take it back to Alex and you will then end up here...

Now it gets to the good part. This is the Chlos lab. But as you can see it now has pets in it. Go over to Dr Alan Chogreen and he will give you another task to do.

He will ask you to go around chobots and find 10 parts of a pets body. Once you find the pieces go back to Alex to get back to this room. (To collect the pet pieces you will need the green satchel, If you already have it go to your wardrobe and put it on.) Once you have collected all ten body items and return them to Dr Alan Chogreen you will get a suprise reward!
